About PTSO

We are the SunRidge Middle School Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO)

Our mission is to create a seamless and lasting connection between school and home, enhancing each student’s middle school education through the volunteerism, support and resources of parents and community members.

We invite you to partner with us to help nurture every student to become enthusiastic learners, to cultivate positive self esteem, and to achieve all they can.



How the PTSO Supports the School

  • Communication source for parents, teachers/staff and students

  • Help with academic events like the reading and math nights

  • Promote school spirit by offering spirit wear

  • Organize monthly teacher/staff snacks at meetings

  • Enrich our library with fundraising support

  • Gather food items for our families in need

  • Involve our school business partners in education

  • Coordinate volunteers for various needs

  • Obtain funds for educational program licenses

  • Coordinate student activities like the 8th grade celebration and dance
